Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the principal's leadership and teaching motivation on teacher performance. The research method is a survey research. The subjects of this study were 50 students taken randomly at SMA Negeri 13 Jakarta. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The validity of the data was obtained by testing the validity and reliability, all data had a normal distribution. The results showed that the principal's leadership had a significant effect on teacher performance. Likewise, teaching motivation has a significant influence on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination (R)2 has a strong relationship with employee performance.
