Abstract

Achieving educational goals in schools cannot be separated from two important elements, namely the role of the school principal and teachers. In order for educational goals to be achieved well, the principal carries out good leadership and a teacher must be able to carry out learning effectively. Principals should improve the implementation of academic supervision and implement learning leadership optimally, in order to create quality learning which will ultimately improve the quality of education. Teachers are expected to be able to carry out learning effectively to further increase professionalism, so that quality learning can be implemented in order to realize educational goals. Apart from that, teachers must support and collaborate well with the school principal, so that conducive conditions can be created in the school environment.
