As educational staff, teachers need the help of supervisors. Teachers are school personnel who are always faced with various things where they cannot solve the problem completely without getting help from other parties, especially from supervisors. Supervision is a basic process that is essentially still necessary because of its role as a tool to check the success of the organization in achieving its goals as planned. This means that implementation is the implementation of what was planned. In general, supervision is associated with efforts to control, develop and streamline as a quality control effort in a broad sense. Talking about educational supervision related to schools is very complex. This complexity concerns various factors of quantification (number) and qualifications (quality) of supervisory personnel, facilities owned and other supporting facilities. Supervisor has the same meaning as supervisor, although there are differences in certain emphasis. The views expressed show that supervisors have a complex role and function in the education system. A supervisor or supervisor is required to be able to provide services, guidance and problem solving, as well as empowering the resources faced by the implementation of education in schools so that the goal of education in supervisory schools, namely improving the quality of graduates, can be improved.
