Abstract

: Exploring one's own potential should be done early or done since school time so as to maximize the potential of each individual. The teacher as an educator must have a strategy to explore the potential of each student he teaches. Each student certainly has different potential so that the teacher as an educator must be able to analyze each student so that he is able to analyze every potential he has. The results of this study show that the teacher's efforts to explore the potential of students in online learning at MAN 2 Bekasi Bekasi Regency include; first, exploring the intellectual potential of students, namely directing independent learning, creating online discussion forums, using social media, study groups according to the fields of interest, tutoring during school hours; second, exploring students' emotional potential, namely giving regular assignments, giving group assignments, holding social services, participating in competitions; third, the teacher's efforts to explore spiritual potential, namely the habit of saying greetings, the habit of taking steps, reminding the Dhuha prayer, reminding the midday prayer, and holding activities to commemorate Islamic holidays.
