Abstract

The increase in students' understanding of the funeral prayer through the demonstration method has increased with a correlation of 12.7%. These results were obtained through data analysis techniques using the t-test formula. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained that t _(count )2.355 and db tebel with N = 80 at a significance level of 5%=1.99, so that t _(count )> t _(table ). The calculation results show the number 2.355 > 1.99. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant increase in student understanding among students who were recommended to use the demonstration method in the teaching and learning process of Fiqh lessons on funeral prayers. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes using the demonstration method in Fiqh lessons about funeral prayers at MTs Al Maghfirah Telajung. This increase can also be seen from the calculation results that the average number of learning outcomes using written and oral tests is 2988.5 and the average number of learning outcomes using demonstration methods is 3256.
